Home inspectors are not able to do repairs on property we inspected because it would be a conflict of interest. I would be happy to suggest solutions for DIY repair or re-inspect after repairs have been made.
Castle Guard Home Inspections provides a comprehensive easy to read color report, a summary report with lots of and photos. It is generally 30-50 pages long focusing on good conditions as well as detailing areas of concern. You can expect your report to be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours after the inspection and is often ready the morning of the next day. If a report is needed sooner, please let me know ahead of time so I can try accommodating this request.
